I think pics 3, 7 and 8 are strong, the others are merely good. I have no right to judge, but these things have to stand out from the crowd, and the crowd is growing. What I would say is that your instincts are strong, that your shots capture atmosphere well, and something of your subjects' 'souls' is there to be seen. You know your equipment and have good timing. My very humble tip would be to focus on composition, but in your own unique way, so as to stand out from the crowd. I'm sure there are other things to be learned, but as a photography ignoramous, I don't know what they might be.
